Our coaching and mentoring service has been designed to support those who have been appointed to a new role without previous incident and crisis management experience, or are in need of a refresh to improve their performance in this critical area of business. Our one to one coaching sessions will:
- provide the individual with feedback on their strengths and weaknesses
- be focused on specific issues
- be a relatively short term activity to improve performance and enhance individual skills
Our coaching and mentoring service is particularly valued by those who have recently been appointed to senior roles and now found themselves with on call responsibilities outside their core skill set.
Individual coaching sessions are delivered by one of our highly experienced senior consultants who will work with each individual to build confidence, incident leadership capability and the skills required to perform amongst peers in what can be a highly challenging and competitive environment.
